Did I miss something or whats going on ?

I'm just curious but I uploaded my first Coaster OPENFIRE on the 11th and I noticed tonight that it was downloaded 134 times and not one rate was posted.

I also noticed that one member made a nice comment and gave a ratting and then later I see that the ratting was took off.
Also noticed the other coasters that uploaded near the sametime have no rattings.
Did I miss something?

Its just been a really slow week at wws. People just really havent been on lately it seems like. Even people are missing their picks in the draft!
