1.31

Does version 1.31 contain anything new or is it just the new program when you get your new NL because it just says inc. Woodies and I got them in 1.3

Its the same as 1.3, just has all the patches in one big download.
If you already have 1.3, you don't need 1.31.

Just to hopefully clear things up a little bit, v1.31 is v1.3 with all known bugs fixed. There was an issue with connecting support tubes from a track node to a footer and some other issues as well as some fixes in the terraformer. We're in the process of making a v1.3 to v1.31 patch which *should* be released within a couple of weeks.
