amen. Maurer Sohne spinners are so much better

not really, but from a simulator stand point, yes, because you don;t get that visual obstruction.

and for the number 1 most asked and most rejected idea for an addition in NL, CI brings you:

I want there to be people that ride your rides. And these people have to react accordingly to riding a coaster. Like their hair flies back when your going really super uber fast. And if they pull to many Gs they black out and if they collide with something they will become dismembered.

/stupidity

ok, seriously though, any new coaster type or graphics enhancement would be fine by me.

I think people in the rides would drag down FPS a shit-load. Even Sims people are fake looking and they are the point of the game!

^ i think it should be an option for people to turn off and on like on NFS:U. And I would only make them as detailed, or little less (probably less) detailed then what it is in the sims 2. ANd w/e seat your in, no body else is in that seat.[:D]
Altogh I thnk it would be pointless to have them react other then throwing up thier hands/screaming/kciking thier legs on floorless rides.

But what I persnally would like to see is dropping floors on innverts, compacting floors on floorless with the swinging gate, hydrolic lfits/launches, and hydralic chairs as seen on the vekoma/B&M sflyers.

^ We wont be seing water coasters, to add flowing water and realistic splash water to NL would kill the frame rate.

^ not really. They just would need to design a particle engine, ect, and some other stuff, I mean Soaked did it.

not neccessarily show the people, but simulate the weight only, and it would change the friction and momentum accordingly, it wouldn't take much more than what it takes to change car types or lengths of trains...

Will you have to pay for this new NL if you already got the 1.5 version?

The engine is so bloody simple it doesn't support any form of dynamic objects.

IMO, they get bump mapping to work for the trains so they can lower the poly count and add all the extra stuff to make the coaster look more freaking real. All the little stuff better random station stuff like the afforementioned lowering floor for Inverts. And even trasnfer track so that whoever designs a coaster has to actually thing about where to place it at. It is called a "Simulator" for a reason and should then simulate accordingly.

Because I have a track that needs smoothing but I can't smooth well as I've only designed like 2 tracks.
