There are only 12 rounds whether you have 12 coasters or not.

I'm NOT displaying user-names in the voting topic.

We repeat the process until each person has 12 coasters in their park. Then, we will start the voting.

ok then jim, what does this say? i was under the impression, because it was on the main page, that we continue to draft until every person has 12 coasters.

Ok, I'll take Falken at F?????????rup Sommerland - http://www.rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=falken

This great little S&S woodie looks amazing. Although small, it looks as though it has great pacing and airtime.

And here is TPR's view of this aswome little woodie - http://www.themeparkreview.com/europe20 ... farup1.htm

All right, Mindbender is my favorite coaster, without a doubt the best one I have been on, and I have ridden quite a few.

I'll take Orochi, one of the most awesome B&M inverts in the world! Though it's layout is nearly the same as Raptor, according to all comparisons from ECC's trip to Expoland in Japan, Orochi is actually a better ride, with improved pacing.

Watch out for that tiny turn before twisting the opposite way in the 0-g roll! Brave the insanely powerful cobra roll! Whip around in the quick flat spins! All on Orochi!!!

Some comments from ECC's trip to Expoland:

Bob Roginski-"It has a custom layout with elements comparable tho those of Cedar Point's Raptor, but slightly better pacing."

Nige Harness-"High spot yesterday was Orochi at Expoland - a clone of a well known B&M at Cedar Point. Dare I say it was more enjoyable - some great G's in certain elements - a real toe-tingler."

Taken from http://www.coasterclub.org/trips/report ... apan/day8/

Enjoy these pictures of the amazing Orochi

its ugly. [lol] But we all knew that even before you picked it. Guess I'm gonna have too look past its out appearance, and at its inner beauty instead.

Yeah it is, but nobody would be saying that while twisting upside down in any of those 6 inversions, I'll tell you that lol.

Ah and there go my next 2 picks back-to back, oh well. Both great picks, though I must say your "selling" of your picks is getting a bit overboard dcs [;)] .

Hey feel free to "sell" yours all you want... it's a competition, and that's part of my strategy, so I choose to do it. Plus it's fun for me to research the rides a little bit, and give others some insight into what the rides are really like.

And finally its my turn! [lol]

I will pick Silver Comet at Martin's Fantasy Island. Constructed by now defunct CCI, this is truly a hidden gem! Plenty of airtime, double down after first drop and plently of lateral g's throughout the entire course make this a true reride woodie!

Usted es todos los perdedores y merece conseguir cogido para arriba el asno por un caracol.

Round #10

Round 9 is over and we only have 3 to go! Chances are we will be building our parks and voting by the end of February. Here is the draft data up to round 9.

Round #10 Order of Drafties

3-Woodie Man
4-jimths08
5-RRollergod
6-ragan
7-CoAsTeRkRazY
8-DJ tommy
9-Jakizle
10-Dirk Ermen
11-pad
12-Coasterkidmwm
13-e-man
14-bigboy_1234567
15-dcs221
16-Fornication Nation

Its absolutely undoubtedly seriously time to start designing your park. The final criteria are as follows.

1-must have a name
2-must have 2 things that set it apart from the other drafters parks. IE, no two drafters can offer free soda. What sets your park apart will be a first come first serve basis. The faster you email me (after the 12th round is over) the more likely you will get your choice.
3-you should type a 2-3 paragraph description of your park
4-you will have to have a sponsorship with one food company. IE, Papa Johns will provide your parks pizza
5-you must have a specific location for your park including pictures. If the spot isn't photographed, you can't have it. The location doesn't have to be a currently operating park or even where a park was planned, but it should be close to a large number of people or a prominent landmark.

Since this is the first time we're doing this park thing, if you feel there is anything wrong with the rules above, please contact me or post here. I'm sure we'll run across a problem with it sooner or later, better sooner.

hyyyper has until 10:38pm 02-15-06 to pick his coaster.

The ride looks fun, but I'm not all that impressed by it. Looks like to many lats torwards the end and not enough air time in between. Like Goliath @ SFMM, to many positives at the end, no air time in between.

Kind of agreed - still a good layout and pacing as far as I can see.

I have to admit the little falken looks great though... And dcs, I was thinking about picking orochi, but then I wanted to get only good-looking coasters and went with anaconda which has the better layout anyway [:p]
