My recent project, this mega CCI, is probably going to be my most timeconsuming ever. It's already been 2 days and I'm not even halfway done with the layout. Hopefully it will turn out well. Enjoy the screens.

Comments are appriciated.

It might be a delay before I could get around to wide supporting this one though.

On paper, the coaster is more or less a sketch of things to come.

I usually brew layouts in my head for a few days before I even put them in the editor :)

yea your profiling seems a bit indirect whereas a real CCI has more direct changes in pitch and turns. I'm not necessarily say it needs jerks in the transitions, but whatever you do make sure they're pretty snappy. But otherwise it looks good.

Many more screens added. Track is connected.

^No need to worry. Most of the turns have no leads.

Updated again, this time, track is banked and heartline to .2 meters. Pic #'s 16-22. Also added some stats to the page.

Just because this is a CCI doesn't mean that the turns have no lead-ins or lead-outs. A very small lead-in, 5 to 15*, would be much more realistic and would still produce that "jerk" into your turns.

It depends on the speed and type of transition as to how much leadin they use, if any. Hopefully he'll have that covered in his ride.

Yea. It depends alot on speed. I know quite a few transitions on CCI's taken fast that dont jerk much at all based on speed. But it does seem congruent that the slower they go the harsher the transition was.

GG is far more fluid now but I think they make up for it with crazy wicked designs.

Small update. All I really did was change the direction and shaping of the helix, and it is much better now, it's a lot smoother. I also added some terrain.

^ You guys don't have to worry, I have both. I did get rid of the worst one when I scrapped the old helix, though.

I think the new helix is a big improvement over the old one. Even though the old one had multiple elements and air, it seemed to jerky. This one, I hope, will be very nice and really add something to the coaster.

Nice layout, it looks somewhat CCI-ish and looks to be a lot of fun. Have fun custom supporting this monster. [:D]
