Cartextures Not showing up

Yeah, as some of you may know, I am HUGE into designing cartextures for my and other people's tracks. However, recently they have not been showing up in the sim, and I have no idea why. I am putting them in the correct folder, going through the corrects proccesses, and saving them in the right format, but they still won't show up. Anyone know what is going on and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.[8D]

are you running vista?

i have no help if you are, but i know vista screws up alot of stuff
