Kumali opening day yesterday. I was supposed to be going, but i had too much work this week so couldnt get there. Mightbe going next week though, we will have to wait and see. Anyway, theres pictures and a video of the ride running. From what ive heard so far, the ride is really smooth, pretty forceful, and looks great (even though themeing is unfinished) [:)]

Anyway, if i go i will be sure to get some video, and pics [:)]

EDIT: more pics

Looks pretty damn cool.
And jpe, if you only get 1 chance to go to Flamingo Land come on the day of the meet.
Its on the 4th of may as it stands but gaz said he will change it to suit the hols.

I'm seriously considered about if the 0g roll will actually pull some negatives.
It just seems impossible coming off an SLC.
Anyone had exeriance on Shenlin or Kumali itself i will be greatful for some feedback[:D]

yay another half arsed attempt at icing the cake from flamingo land then! Its in a big muddy puddle dammit!!!

Nevertheless its actually suprising that some parts look like a real park now. I think the problem with this one for me is gonna be that it replaced 2 of my favourite rides (and they had the audacity to keep the corkscrew?), but it looks fairly promising though, 4 inversions back to back is gonna be fun.

Kumali is a great ride. Got on it today. Pretty dam smooth and some nice g's. The zer-g roll gets a bit of airtime but not 0g. The first drop is completly mental.

Give them chance! At first, the lost river ride looked like a dump, but now it is really well themed, after touches being added here and there over a year or so. Kumali will be the same. They will complete the theming over time, and they couldnt do ground work because we've been having some bad weather lately, so the area underneath is completely flooded. It will be turfed apparently though! [:)]

Weightless is 0.0. If you came out of your seat you were feeling at least 0.0. But with those longish trains where you sit will have a HUGE impact on the G's you feel. The middle will give you the absolute average G's throughout the ride where the front and back will be far different.

It looks like its gotta have at least 0.0 depending on your seat.

Ive heard kumali is real smooth. Cant wait to find out for myself though [:D] From the POV the bottom of the first drop looks really tight and really fast! I likes it! [:D] Of course it will never live up to the bullet which it replaced for forces, but it still should be good.
