No Limits Terraformer Problem

I have had this problem ever since I got it, I emailed no limits but they havent replied.

Every time I download a coaster off here or create my own with terraformer the ground becomes the sky.

It could be the env as mentioned above, but also, make sure your textures are working properly and are in their places and make sure you have up to date video card drivers. If the problem persists, what happens if you set reflections to off? To everything? To sky only?
