Group 2: A tie! Both coasters got exactly the same final rating.

Wow. I knew our tracks would be close.. but damn. I figured our tracks would come out really close considering our standings in the bracket, but wow.. a tie..

Will there be like a little tie breaker or are you going to have to just decide between the two?

I'm not up for arguing, but every single person I have talked to about it said I deserved some better than a 4.84.

Nuff said, congrats to all the winners in advance, and I can't wait to see your rides for next round.

Why obsess over the number so much? Was I super hard on these rides, even harder than I am on normal exchange stuff. These rides (in theory) represent what the best and brightest can do. I wanted to allow enough range in the scores to clearly differentiate the rides. I don't see why you're so up in arms over that. What's the point in ranking the rides if the scores are all bunched up together?

I didn't like my track. It isn't going onto the exchange unless I fix it up. I only had four build days, so it's not up to my standards. I would usually take months on a coaster like this one. If you must see it, I'll just e-mail it to you. Drop me your address and I'll send it over.

Group 8: 2 of the highest rated tracks in the whole round. It's too bad they had to be in the same group...

This is going to be scary close.

I do hope he realized my original element was my zero-spin and not the first element, lol.

As long as "he" can see one then it doesn't matter. :)

For what, that lateral g spike? ehh 1.7 lats isn't much more than 1.5, though it consistently hits 1.6-1.7 each ride...

Yeah. Plus it's a spike because of trying to smooth that heartline roll. I hope he has some tolerance.

Is there one there too? I think jakizle was referring to another point along the track, on a simple banking transition.

Close, it's more of a state of being unable to get up every morning and do some work...we all suffer from it

Sorry that the ratings aren't finished yet. I thought that I was going to stay up until 2 am and finish them, but then my caffiene buzz ran out at about 11 and I fell asleep on the couch. I've been doing house work all day today, and I have a club meeting tonight, so I'm not counting on having them up tonight either, unless I put in one heck of a rating session. I did manage to rate another group and a half before I zonked out last night, so there are only 2.5 groups left. If I can sit still for about 3-4 hours, I should have them done.
