Though that quote was appropriate with cancer--I've lost 3 relatives myself and known 2 relatives of my friends. Even though none of us knew your dad (well most of us will never even see you [;)]), just know that we'll be thinking about you and the loss you're experiencing.

As many above this have said, his suffering is done and that is the most important. Glad to hear you're doing ok [:)]

Well, 3 of my 4 grandparents died, one each about a year after the other, I guess I somewhat know how you feel. Although, I'm going to the airport in one hour and one minute to go to FL and visit my last remaining grandparent. (The only reason I'm keeping track of time is because I'm also going to see monkeys, go to Boomers, Rapids, and my first cruise.) [:p]

I've lost pretty much all of my relatives these days. Most of them have died from Heart Failure or Dimensia....My death could be quite intresting, we'll have to wait and see

I'm sorry man, I lost my G-PA a a couple years ago, it really hurts, its not the same, if you belive in heaven or wherever you think he ends up, hes always there, just not in body form. i belive that when we pass away we simply move to the other side of the wall where all your loved ones wait for you. my grandad told me a story once that when his gran ad passed awy he woke the oe night to find his spirit sitting on the end of his bed. he old my grandadeveryting would be ok and the future was good. the last time i went to see my grandad hesaid he would not b seeing me for a while but that he would visit me in the future and that night he died. i miss my grandad so much but i know i will see him soon.
