From Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities: Sydney Carton?????????s last words before his life is sacrificed to save Charles Darnay:
?????????'Tis a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; 'tis a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known.?????????
Though that quote was appropriate with cancer--I've lost 3 relatives myself and known 2 relatives of my friends. Even though none of us knew your dad (well most of us will never even see you [;)]), just know that we'll be thinking about you and the loss you're experiencing.
As many above this have said, his suffering is done and that is the most important. Glad to hear you're doing ok [:)]
