If you are reffering to my comments on the recent coaster 'daredevil', which I think you are, it does qualify as stealing because he did not give credit to the original author of the element.

making an element yourself that has once been done by someone else it's ok. As long as it is you who has placed your nodes.

As for scenery, you can use it, just mention where you got it from

EDIT: ok, i have to come back to my statement. The element was the triple zeroG roll...which is included in the 'elementpack'. In this case it is not stealing because everybody gets the pack when they buy NL. And it was not part of someone's ride. However, this does not mean that you shouldn't build your own elements.

Wow such bad grammer. Mine isn't the greatest but its better than that. Are you listning to yourself your getting pissed over a computer game. When we tell you something take it as advice don't get all mad. And yes it is the law to credit your sources and unless your under 12 you should know if you don't its called plagerism(sp?). So i think it is you who needs to chill. Rant completed.
Trim breaks are your enemy, retracking/smoothing is your friend. I miss b&m floored sit downs. coaster count=39

Hey, stealing is not at all great. The benefit of making your own elements is great! I mean come on stealing an element from a ride is plainly obvious and bad unless you say who did it.

About the elementpack thats ok but you have to have stated this.

P.S andrew are you a CHAV?
