Hades is already a better coaster than Thunderhead in my personal opinion. I have been on both and think that Hades is the best Woodie on the planet out of the 211 coasters I have been on. So using this as a reference I would have to guess that The Voyage may take the top spot shortly.

yea I'd agree in the sense that they're the top 2 NEW wooden coasters. Out of all the wooden coasters ever made, I can't say these two are the top competitors. That's not to say that they're not freakin awesome coasters that I hope to ride, however.

Regarding POV's
"Cameras of any size or type are only permitted on the following three rides: The Freedom Train, Doggone Trail, and The Lewis & Clark Trail. Absolutely no cameras are allowed on any of the other rides (even when secured in a pocket or fanny pack)."

You guys won't need to worry about POVs, I'm sure Holiday World will have one up of this ride long before it officially opens.

yea that'd be nice...but its not like we won't find one on TPR. they're bound to have one with the park's permission sometime after it opens.

^Except that I know a few people who almost got KICKED OUT FOREVER for taking a POV after the incident at SRM.

Dont do it at Holiday World. The park is just too excellent in all areas to break that rule. If you got away with it, I certainly wouldnt post your video no matter how good it was. When a park puts #1 service, #1 staff and #1 coasters out - respect their policies. Thats why they are one of the greatest parks in the world. In my opinion, its the greatest but hey - I have different views.

I've gotten On-Ride videos at PCW, and it was funny because the Ride Ops didn't even care. It's a good thing I know what I'm doing...

And here is some proof that they do enforce their rules strictly and will ban people breaking them. [:O]

Egads! Permanently banned from the property. And they look at websites too. This is the way most parks should run that rule.

You are like a page too late. Check the page before this. I was going to post the same thing but instead went back and checked.

To comment: Holy freaking...Yea, Its still amazing. You cannot even fathom the speed at which it carries those hills and more importantly, into the finish. Thats SICK.

I checked, just didn't look hard enough, or it was a hyperlink.

No hyperlink, just missed it.

Sooo much speed at the end, that's crazy.

I beg to differ. OTherwise we would not have so many POV's to watch. But its ok when a park makes that rule and they're all gangsta like that.[:)]

I thought the last name of the owners was Koch, not Kock.

It is. Its pronounced Coke but spelled Koch.

Oh, I see that typo. That sucks. Morons! They have a park that has many claims to fame and they cant get the guys name correct. Shame!

My room is booked at Santas Lodge which is located within walking distance of the park. I can watch Raven and Voyage from the room if Im on the right side to see it.

Plenty of pictures to be had. Thats for sure.
