Starcraft: Ghost postponed indefinitely

For all fellow Starcraft fans, I bring grave news: Starcraft: Ghost has been postponed indefinitely. They said they pulled out of the Xbox ad PS2, but they are now re evaluating the next gen (Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo Revolution) So hopefully, MAYBE, it is possible that the game is going to be overhauled for the next gen consoles.

Its Blizzard, this is normal. Its in their mission statement that a game must be developed for no less than 8 years.

I'm still waiting on the true Starcraft sequel RTS or even an MMO. Who wouldnt want to play a MMO with giant robots?

LMAO. Sure its not double that? WC3 took what seemed to be an eternity.

But, at least when they DO release a game - it doesnt need a plethora of patches. They get out ALL of the bugs. The only ones left arent too severe normally.

They like to take their time, and what is a byeproduct of such time spent developing? seemingly perfect games. I do think they are the best developer out there. And I always get a kick out of the fact that they still update starcraft by tweeking the balance every few months.

But that goes to show their dedication.

Also, I would just say, why fix what isnt broke? Starcraft is still one of the hottest games out there - especially for its age. Heck, its probably still a Top 3 game in Asia right now where all they play is SC. Its crazy.

Most of what they have changed is real minor stuff. Like the carrier used to require 8 food now its 6, and having the marines do a little extra damage. Its nothing game changing.

It definatly is still a top 3 game in Asia, probably because of the system requirements. The majority of them arn't at the bleeding edge in terms of system specs. Doesn't the CPL use SC exlusivly for the RTS genre?
