Do you think Seperate Admission Water Parks are a rip-off? Example: Soak City and Cedar Point being diffrent Parks...

I don't know myself. It might be good because it makes money[:p] It also deters guests from going back into the Amusment Park with a Wet Ass, then sitting on the ride making me get a Wet Ass.

Whats everyone elses thoughts? Maybe write up a bad/good experince.

I don't really know what your getting at here. If you say there different parks then why would someone go a soak city or whatever it is and then go into the park without drying off. Seems weird to me.

Or, do you mean there combined? If so, yes a rip off. Everything is. The shelf price for everything you see has been atleast doubled it's original value so you are guarenteed to get ripped off all your life without knowing it.

Not really... its a comletely different park that just so happens to be at the same resort. Should you get IOA and USF together? Disneyland and DCA? No... so why should it be different with waterparks?

If the waterpark is big enough to spend the majority of the day at, then I think an extra fee is fair. If the water park is a Disney or Schlitterbahn caliber water park then I see no reason not to pay an extra fee.

The main park near me has a waterpark included in the admission price. It may not be a huge one like Water World or Schlitterbahn, but it has a nice wave pool and some slides. In the summer it's a great value to have both together, you can start on the rides and then cool of in the waterpark, or start in the waterpark and then go on the rides.
