Hmm. I could've sworn I posted here. Anyway, my home park is Six Flags new England. I'm going tomorrow!

Wow I wish I lived where a lot of you do. I guess technically my home park is the "Park at the Mall of America" (yeh they actually changed the name to that) which is about 10 minutes away, but the closest real park is Valleyfair. Its not too bad, there's just not a lot to do besides Wild Thing, Steel Venom, and Power Tower. I'm also about 4 hours away from the Dells, and 7 or 8 hours away from SFGAm.

SFEG and Lakeside are my homeparks. Neither is anything to write home about.

Uah, I think this one of the coolest homeparks, I can imagine.[:)]

My Homepark is Phantasialand - just a 20 minutes drive away from home...

Oh yeah, being 15 minutes from Schlitterbahn is awesome. It's only the number one water park in the country. With rides like Master and Dragon Blaster, and all those crazy tube shoots fitted onto natural landscapes, it's hard to beat. The great thing is, I can go 15 minutes one way or 20 minutes the other way to get awesome water attractions, or my favorite Six Flags park in the chain.

Jakizle, as far as waterparks go, I think that my home waterpark is also one of the best in the country. Waterworld may not have necessarily the latest and greatest, but what they do have is originality. How many other waterparks have hillside cement river rides as well as themed indoor raft rides. This is the best water park I've been to personally.

For a bit of info on the park from a coaster enthusiast's view, I've chosen the little anecdote from TPR.

Oh yeah, Schlitterbahn is built in 3 sections, and I know for a fact the second and third sections are built on a hill side right next to a natural flowing river. The tube shutes and some slides are built right into the ground, and go back and forth inbetween trees. Theres nothing out there like some of its attractions. Some of the slides and shutes even dump into the river, so you can ride the actual attraction, float down the river, then exit back into the water park. In itself the park also has a natural lagoon type body of water, with beaches and slides depositing into it.

I guess that Kennywood is technically my home park because it is only about 1.75 hours away. However, I have never been there. I have always considered Cedar Point to be my home park, as it is only 2 hours away and I go there a lot. Kings Island is about 2.5 hours away, and Holiday World is a mere 4.5 hours away.

Mine is technically Boomers of Dania Beach (some may not call it an actual theme park, but visit it first there's plenty that you dont see on the web)but after that I'd have to say Universal Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa since i have family up there and im always there. At least once a month.

Small but pretty.. Bobbejaanland [:D] They were good some years ago, but while replacing Looping Star with Typhoon, they lost their most lovely ride and got some crappy X95 aka "Blockbrake - The Ride"
