Lol, it seems he has some time on his hands. Paint can only do so much with supports.

There's another guy who did the same thing I did, with the pictures and all. I'm not ripping off his idea, we both came up with the same thing...
The reason I can guess so good is because not only am I a major coaster nerd[:p] But I have seen pictures of where other footers have been placed and I can guess where they are... Tons, upon tons of footers were placed after that picture was taken.

I'm going to ride MS and look over my shoulder and take a picture of the site from MS and by then I should totally be able to know and see what the layout will be.

I need to go out more... only two more weeks!...

One thing alot of you guys are thinking; looper. Why in the world would they need a four-tube track of that size to smash the inversion record?! I could see this being an inverting launch coaster, but not record breaking. It doesn't take numbers to make a good coaster. Voyage broke no large records, but it is still the best woody out there! I'd take a 1:40 ride on Voyage over an 18 second ride on TTD any day.

A northeast wind was blowing, pushing the tarp directly up against the track, and revealing its shadow. I was lucky enough to have my camera handy for the short time that it was visible, and I now have something that nobody else has... visual confirmation that Cedar Point is building a gigantic Intamin coaster for next year. Look for yourself...

The outline of Intamin track is clearly visible. And take a look at the ridiculously wide turning radius! This thing is going to be huge!

Are you sure thats not track on its side which wouldnt be such a huge radius but possibly just a flat turn?

This is the worst news Ive heard from CP yet. Large radius doesnt mean huge. Just means its a large radius. If they do actually go huge, Im not renewing my pass for 07. They can suck on their useless large coasters.

I've gotta agree with Real on this. Going huge isn't the best thing for CP right now. IMO all they could really use right now is a whole new track style, such as 4D or flying. Surely not launching or modifying MF to be the tallest in the world again. That'll just be wasting money.

a loop entered from above...? what's vague about that?, it mean if you enter a loop from the bottom, and go up, entering the top will mean you have to go down

This is the prototype layout of the Ball Coaster.

http://img67.exs.cx/img67/4488/intaminb ... ter2vl.jpg

Here's some designs Intamin hs for the layouts. If you have RCT3: Wild! the Intamin Ball Coaster is listed as the Coasterball. You sit on either side of the track, like a 4D, you sit back to back, like the Maurer Sohne Spinners. Also, your feet hang, also like the 4D, and you freely tilt, like the Interactive Rides Frequent Faller. Also, if RCT3 is accurate with prototype designs, you boost like the Accelerator (Rocket Coaster)

Yeah, maybe CP's experimenting with a few smaller coasters back there. Could be interesting, especially if the "Ball Coaster" is involved.

while not in a park, the first picture posted by tanks4me, is quite clearly a built structure krazyt [;)] heh heh. It's also a picture I've had on my computer for quite a long time now, since it was posted on here quite a way back by... some... guy.

SFF, why are you so bent on that peice being part of MF. And like already said, they would've fixed it on the off season.

I don't know. But it seems like TN is really bashing this forum.

And can we assume you're contributing to this forum smashing on TN Bowserjoe? Come on, it's just speculation. Whether the pic is real or not doesn't matter, even I learned that. It's just fun to speculate on what could be [;)]

Wait a second, stupider than some of the people here, dang. Not to be rude or call anyone on this site stupid.

It is pretty obvious that it isn't Photoshop. I hope they get a nice mini hyper, t'would make my day. But that's not going to break any records.

They could always go for the airtime record, that would be a change in direction for sure.

Breaking the airtime record will NOT happen. Theres no way that CP has the room to include something that has 22+ moments of airtime and probably more than the 24 seconds of airtime that Holiday World said Voyage has. Because it had more than that late Saturday night with a full train and I cant imagine how insanely hard it will run after all summer and late at night when the parks open till 10. It will be too much for some people to handle - literally.
