My track is too. However, because of AP tests, an SAT, prom and the inevitable after-prom (where this enthusiast won a PSP, woohoo!), it's a little rushed. It has got several inversions, and it pretty much speaks for itself:

Also, I'm rooting for your immune system Real! Go fighting antibodies! Sorry to hear you won't be competing. Good luck to all others.

Well, it seems that giving you all 2 weeks instead of a week and a half ended up being a good idea...

Don't want to bother you, but I sent you an e-mail and a pm and you haven't responded...it's kind of time sensitive. Thank you.

The answer to your question is that I'm sorry, but rules are rules. You will just have to submit the coaster as is.

2 hours remaining.

The wireless is about to get shut down here, so even though the topic does not say closed the contest will still be closed. I'll be working 8 am to 11 pm tomorrow, and another 8 am to close on Sunday, so don't expect the ratings to be done very quickly. I'm on an 80 hour week this week, and I'm dead tired right now. Just have patience and I'll get the contest stuff going soon enough.

Here's a taste of my ride for you all...Enjoy :)

The coaster's name is Aiolos, which "means 'quick-moving, nimble" in Greek. This was the name of the Greek god of the winds." I'll upload here Sunday.

I wonder what you are going to do with the empty group 3... Since nobody submitted in that group...

Anyway, dcs221 continues without a doubt...

It'll probably be a three person final with the either the honorable mention points spread out across all the finalists or the winner receiving those extra points. That or the top four people from this round keep going.

LMAO I knew I should have submitted.

Would an unfinished track even count?

all u needed to do was complete what the rules were, just the bare minimum. do an autosupport job, poop track, and some inversions and u woulda passed.

I suppose the final decision would be CJD's, who I'm fairly sure won't let it fly. However, if your unfinished version happened to meet the specifically written requirements (5 inversions, height limits etc.), you would not have any explicitly stated rules against you (and thus have a solid argument for legality). Besides, there is no "track must be a complete circuit" rule.[;)]

Yea. Whatever. The contest was really just taking a bit long too. I really would have liked to have been in this final round - but on the flip side, I did realize I have other projects that I really wanted to finish as well.

The third group's spot will be filled by the highest rated losing track, since neither person in that group submitted.

Not to sound impetuous or anything, but could you give us an indication of a time frame for the judging? I'm just a little anxious. That anxiety may, however, be caused by my departure for CJD's workplace tomorrow (Cedar Point, for those of you who don't know). I'm just a little excited. Anyways, if you could give us an approximate week that'd be great.

I just had another look through all the entries, and it looks like there could be a couple of tracks DQ'ed.
