Summer 2006 Coaster Draft: Park Write-Ups

Well, the time has come again for the draft. If you don't know how it works, ask here and someone will explain it to you.

The cards are going to be delt differently this year, [redsmoke], and the rules are much stricter.

Remember that this is still a game and there is no gain from winning, yet. Once we get our 12 members we will all pick numbers and go from there. Time to roll!

OMG, if you don't know what a coaster draft is please don't enter. There is a limited amount of entries, and there are those who deserve to be a part of the draft.

To answer your question, it is a game where you pick real coasters from anywhere in the world to build the best possible collection of 12 coasters. It is held in a draft format like that of, say, the NFL draft.

I liked the very first draft. It was just picking coasters and add a park description. Now it's: have this, must that, limits on length of discrition. Bla bla bla...

Just return to the drafts roots, when it was fun [|)]

Yea, that's what I want. It's really taken away from the game. But then people have to get bitchy about it and how I didn't give them a break when they were an hour late.
