It is world cup time and every normal person on this planet is watching football (aka soccer) right now instead of working on or playing with coaster simulations and I am no exception. Tom and Kevin are meanwhile doing their best updating the remaining coaster styles for 1.6... ;-) Enjoy some pictures of the finished twisted sitdowns.

It looks like texturing for the trains takes quite a while to do. The textures for the floorless trains came about 3 updates after the model was made.

The ties in NL are way too far apart and/or the FOV is too far out. I don't know, there's just something about it that makes it look too stretched out.

I think it's just the camera angle. The train in the NL screenshot also looks like it's much longer than the real one.

A camera uses a zoom lens from the ground.. here you just take the "picture" in the sky.. that's what makes the different..

Try zooming in on an object.. and then getting closer to an object.. the Zooming makes everything come closer..

Not to rain on anyways parade, but the pics in the "update" are merely the pics we have already seen re-textured. Wow ...

As Ole said, everyone in the European world right now is focused on one thing.

Not to mention he hails FROM Germany. Its definatly a big deal and bet lots of businesses shut down or go down early because of this. Let the Cup slide by. Its just bad timing.

They look really awsome, though i'm hopping my computer can handle the new textures.
