I take that back, seems we had a ddos attack and the security shut all traffic out because it was quite a severe attack but all is back to normal.

Do you think the site's name has anything to do with the number of attacks it gets?

It is very odd though, the amount of attacks WWS seems to take on as of late.

not a glitch, we recorded over 10mbit continued stream in and out for an extended period of time... I don't think the site's name has anything to do with the attacks, I can only assume someone doesn't like us [:)] I wonder who [lol]

Seems like the same attacks that another site took -- all starting about the same time .... still, an odd oddity for sure.

i'm not into alot of computer stuff really, but i would think that rollercoaster enthusiasm isnt something someone would pick at random for attacking web sites, nor do i think the name "weeweeslap" has anything to do with it. that time coasters 2k crashed and got all messed up this site and another rollercoaster site got nailed too .. something tells me it wouldn't be hard to track this person down, because it would have to be someone who'd have been to all these sites, more than just a search and visit, probabaly a former member , and had a gripe in common with all of them. i doubt if its becaue they hate rollercoasters.
