Hey I just thought I would start a topic on the subject of legalizing [CENSORED WORD]. In my opinion why havent we legalized it already? It has so many uses. It can treat cancer, and many other diseases. There are no signs of long-term use affects and it is harmless. It has been used to date over about 10,000 years ago, over 30 million U.S citizens use it regulary and the prohibition that the government is putting out to illegalize it is costing us over 30 billion a year. I dont know about you but 30 billion dollars a year is a crapload. The cost of legalizing is would be 10 million a year, a dramatic difference.
Alcohol was illegalized in 1922. Another instance in which prohibition has failed. In 1933 it was legalized and has become a very common drink around the U.S. Same with [CENSORED WORD] prohibition isnt working they need to legalize it already so we can stop the drug trafficing that is costing the U.S way more money than it should. Sure there are going to be people that are going to disagree. Many, many people die a year from alcohol poisoning. How many people die from the use of [CENSORED WORD]? Exactly zero people. So why shouldnt [CENSORED WORD] be legal? Sure I will even agree it is a gateway drug, but that is up to the person to make the self conscious decisions that they have to make with experimenting. But why is the subject of being a gateway even in this debate? We are dealing with the fact of just [CENSORED WORD] not any other drug. If we legalize [CENSORED WORD], we reduce the black market and the violence associated with the sale of [CENSORED WORD], furthermore the debt will be much lower in the government. So as you can tell I am for legalizing [CENSORED WORD] what about you?
