It's hilarious that people think this would actualy work, anyone over the age of 13 could surely figure out for themself that it just wouldnt work for so many reason. I can't even be bothered to start going into the millions of reasons why this wouldnt work.

I guess in a sense it poses the same question as 'If a lorry full of birds breaks suddenly causing every bird the instantaneously fly from it's perch, does the lorry wiegh more or less?' When in fact, the lorry wieghs exactly the same, nothing will happen, you'll just get a bunch of morons jumping up and down

the only possible way this would have a remote chance at working is if all 600 million people are in the same, small, area, all very close together, and they were DIRECTLY under the sun, and they jumped at the same time. thast the only way the earth could move a millimeter. lol. jeez these peeps are dumb.

Hmmm, the site is created and supported by a geek (not Greek) fraternity called Lambda-Omega-Lambda (LOL) based in Germany.

You think maybe this is a joke?

i don't know if it whout work but if realy 600.000.000 people will jump at the same time think it whoat have same effect.
think about it 600.000.000 people each wheigh around 80 kilo's that is 600.000.000 time's 80 kilo's thats 48.000.000.000 kilo's hidding the ground that is the same wheight i think of as small size comet and we know what a small size comet can do just looked at 1908 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunguska_event what a effect that had

Yes, the difference is a meteorite is traveling at roughly 11 killometers a second. So you can then take the weight of that meteorite and times it by velocity to get it's momentum 48,000,000,000 x 11000ms is alot greater than 48,000,000,000 x 9.81ms and hence the immense devastation a meteorite does. Plus all the force is concentrated in one spot, by people jumping it is spread over a large area

oke that is a lot more force but that force is a distructife force. the force we create here have's no global disaster effect (i hope[:p]) but i already saw this at a cartoon serie called: spy dogs[:D]

Cool! So what we need to do then is gather up 600,000,000 people, wad them up into a huge ball and hurl them at the earth at 11000ms!

Hmmm, but it'd be a soft impact like a big wet Nerf ball because people are rather squishy. So for best effect the ball should be frozen solid before impact.

That still wouldn't really budge the Earth though, 48,000,000,000 kilo's is just a tiny, tiny fraction of the mass of the planet (~6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg) and no amount of speed or area concentration will make up for that.

It would, however, be entertaining.

And if we have enough people that fart maybe we could get blown out of the solar system! Discover some new galaxies [:D]

Do you REALLY think that over 600 MILLION people registered for this??? I think it's completely fake based on logic that 600 MILLION people didn't register for this.
