When some pic looks into the detail of the inside of the train, you could see a WHITE footer on the upper right hand corner of the pic

you arent that smart are you? its cause the new footers, the support color is the top of the support. it is still gray looking on the side. if the supports were pink, there would be a pink footer, green support, green footer, so on and so forth.

I hope they don't pull a fast one on us and not give us any heads up about when its gonna be released. like if you remember for 1.5, he updated the sight saying that it was in beta testing, hopefully he'll do that again... before august is over so I can have some time with it before school.

OH MY GOD.

The team really outdid themselves on this one. I'm in utter shock at the texturing. Unbelievable.

Since we have to pay for this one we'll know well in advance that its gonna be released. At least that would make sense from a business perspective of things.

they look exactly the same, although I imagine that they may grow depending on the size of the footer.

I'm still buzzing about this train...which is weird for me because usually I'm not one for Schwarzkopf (which, by the way, means "Blackhead") trains, or trains in general...but wow...

And maybe they gave different footers for different coaster styles.

thats only literally translated. there are a lotta things in german that can be translated as one thing and mean another. Leberk?????????se, for example (I know its a random example), can be literally translated into "liver cheese"... not too appetizing. However, what it really is, is a sort of meat loaf kind of food, with nothing to do with liver. So, point is, Schwarzkopf probly doesn't mean "Blackhead" in german.

They had "Buster" make the new supports for the steel coasters. Did you think they were just for the new inverts? And Ole said less then half the cost of the game.I bevile the full release was about $29.99 USD so that means less then $15 USD if you want to be technical.

yea I'd like to see the flyers in a regular screen, not one that's gone through a couple filters. I'm interested to see how they texture em and/or whether or not they use the dirtyness like they did with the schwarzkopf trains.

ya... I was just explaining to him the difference between literally translating a german word (or name for that matter), and the true meaning of it.

I'd imagine 1.06 is going to easily be released before the end of the year, hopefully by September, but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure we won't see NL2 until 2008 at the earliest, I think 2010 is more reasonable.

NL1.6 seems to be most about remoddeling the old trains, and adding a few new styles. But NL 2 will probably focus on the more technical issues. Like a better, more up to date engine, for a start.
