Agreed, that's close... Though the Cyclone is "the" classic twister layout for me. Maybe if the last turn wouldn't crossover and go to the end of the layout like the others, it would really be a triple O&B.
Balder is a figure-8 just like that Thunderbolt; even if it may go 3 times out'n'back.

And Brtn, I also think that there's a very thin line between a true triple o&b (if one exists) and a twister, so designers would prefer building a twister as that gives a lot more layout freedom.
