Well I don't see how it's not out yet seeing as it was in beta testing, at least bring back the frequent updates.

I am sure everyone who subscribes got this e-mail:

========

There is good news for those waiting for the NL 1.6 update.

CoasterSims.com recently posted an interview with NoLimits creator Ole Lange which contains lots of new details about the 1.6 update and some new screenshots.

You can check that out at http://www.CoasterSims.com/

An important note at the end of that interview is that the update has finished testing stages and is expected (not promised) to be released tomorrow, Central European Time.

Until then, you can always check out the teaser video posted at Ole Lange's developer site, http://www.nolimitscoaster.de/

=======

Sigh, it is so nice to see how other coaster sites working just as hard are frankly, shunned. Honestly, it is pathetic. Anyway, release soon ... so "yay" to that.
Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all.

Yea, to be honest, it always dissappoints me in these interviews whenever Ole only ever mentions how much CS.com has helped build a community for his sim. Even if he through out some obscure site like coasterfuel, I'd be happy. But seriously, CS is not the only site that has helped the NL community grow. Give credit where credit is due.

Yeah, true it is. Ole doesn't really have to say anything about Wws if he doesn't want to. I also think he can get a professional answer from the members at Coastersims and he gets plenty.

Go digging for sympathy somewhere else, because this is how those stupid site wars starts because you get p*ssed because you didn't get mentioned.

Truthfully, though I do like coming to and contributing to WWS, CS is much more formal, and I learn a lot more from there. Here, I'd usually have to sift through tons and tons of nearly unintelligible posts and lots of joking to gain anything. Thus, CoasterSims is more professional which seems to be a similar model to how the NL developers run their program, and there are a higher percentage of quality designers and raters (less omgwtf3ds 10 10 10 rates! :P ) whereas WWS is more of a fun and laid back site focused on enjoyment related to coasters. Not saying that's really a bad thing, but I personally like to have fun with friends that I know in person, and learn/contribute in a more formal environment.

With that said, I think it's great to have these 2 sites with a similar subject and different goal...makes both more interesting because of the diversity.

If its the only site he is a member of, then thats the only way he has to measure. Im sure hes well aware of other sites, and probably not aware of alot of other sites.

I agree with what Matt said. Dont complain. CS got to the ball first and thats the perks. If I remember correctly, WWS didnt even have a site when CS started up.

I think its kind of childish to go on with it. Im pretty sure they dont get much more really than some increased traffic which, to be honest, would probably bring this site down again if it got bombarded with 5,000 more members and a million views :P
