^ I'm not happy with thier service. I sent them an email several weeks ago so that way they could prepare it in advance. So I had to go make a second email to them. But I guess its not all that bad because I created a new email specifically for orderign things online, as not to be me mixed and plagued with other spam.

That sucks, well that's the downside of dealing with large businesses, lots of "computer" people and bot-like systems.
