Hi! I was wondering if there were any tutorials for beginners (I am kind of a beginner in No Limits). If so, what kind? I need advice on making a good coaster. Mine suck. Any ideas? Plus I am looking to make an iron Man coaster. features:

launch at beginning of track

inverted flying type

180 ft in the air(highest point)

color: gold(rail, ties and main track)

car color is red(seats black, restraints white.)

terrain is flat

area is a city(first, I want to get launched out of his lab then I want to get launched straight up)

inversions: seven(haven't decided what inversions exactly yet)

If any one was willing to help me build it please PM me.

Thanks,
Kelly[:)]

Nolimits is a game you have discover yourself. The tutorial/help that comes with the game gives you a start and from that point on you're only limited by your own imagination.
I suggest you just play around and don't be afraid to post tracks in the exchange.

A track that works it not to hard. You just need to speed the train up that much so it gets to the end.

A track that is smooth requires some logic and a lot of practice. The more coasters you make, the smoother they'll get. Looking at the shaping of real coasters also helps a lot.

You don't want to make an Iron Man coaster, mine are all crappy. ;)

But seriously, it won't come quickly. Give it lots, and lots, and lots of time, practice, and patience. Take advice from others. If it sounds like somebody is being a jerk about your ride, chances are they have just been in your shoes and understand what it is going to take. I've owned the game for years, I got it shortly after it was released, and there are still things I learn each and every time I open the editor. Whether it's how a formula works, how a node between tracks acts under a certain banking, or maybe a cool trick with brake settings and the such that I never notice before. There's always more to learn, more to create, and more room to improve. It's called NO Limits for a reason ya know.

Also, I'd recomend to look at the tracks, that are top rated on the site, and in the cool designs section.
Don't be distracted by the tracks, that have many small segments. Those tracks were tooled, and you shouldn't really look at them if you want to lern a building technique. You should look at them for shaping tho.
btw, feel free to check out my tracks! [:P]

He understands, he was joking because his nick is Iron Man.

But everyone is giving great tips, and we can't give you much more then this. You should really start learning by yourself. Once you get the hang of it you will start building some better coasters, but don't expect to build great ones in a year. Definatly _not_. It's really hard work, fun, but time-robbing. You should know that a decent coaster is not build in a few hours or days. It takes a amazing amount of time to make that perfect coaster you like. IF you reach that stage that is, because you got a whole lot of learning to go. This is not to talk you out if it. Not at all, just be aware that you shouldn't post a track every 5 minutes or so and take some time to build something decent. People will respect your time and will award you with some comments or ratings.

Have fun with No limits.. It will give you!

Ow, one more thing.. I wouldn't start with a flyer. They are hard to build.

Yes, I would start with something a lot less ambitious. Flyers are not exactly the best choice for your first ride. But hey, if you can dream it you can do it; all the power to ya.
