My worst Injury was about a 1 ????????? years ago. I broke my Distal Humorous (I don't know how to spell it) in half. For some this probably doesn't compare but how I did it was the weird thing. I was skim boarding (1inch of water and you run jump on a board and skim across the top of the water) and when I went to jump on I jumped to early and both feet hit the back of the board and I flipped, trying to catch myself falling backwards with my arms wasn't a good idea????????? Oops. I stood up and my arm was bending at two different places at the elbow and about 2 ????????? inches above the elbow. I have people puking on the beach. While I was walking off the beach, some guy ran up to me and asked where he could buy one.

Here is the X-Ray

The only really bad thing I've had happen was when I broke my thumb snowboarding. It wasn't a clean break at all though, and ended up healing wrong and needed to be re-broken and pinned in place.

I also was able to film the pins coming back out[:p]

I cracked my head and had to get three staples. I snapped my right wrist inwards and they had to get set it back into place, and I broke my elbow by crushing some ball in it. I also broke my little toe, and I fractured my wrist a couple days ago, but it doesn't hurt that bad so I'm not going to get a cast or anything.

Out of all that, I would probably say that my wrist was worse.

I broke my wrist from falling off a backstop at a baseball field once. That one I can remember, but the worst injury I've ever had, thank God I was too young to remember it. I fell down our basement stairs in my walker when I was 2, and our basement has concrete floors. I cracked my skull open and I can feel where it cracked now. I'm just glad the hair in that part of my head grew back. I have a friend that cracked his skull once and he has this huge line across his head where the hair didn't grow back.

Ive Cracked my head open 3 times. I was really little when they happened though.

First time - I fell backwards of our old porch and hit the corner of our concrete planter.

Second time - I was trying to do this spinny thing on the bars and i hit the side of my head.

Third time - I Was Hit with a sharp rock right between the eyes.

I dont really remember these cause i was so young. My parents say that i didnt even cry

and thats my story.

4inch dislocation to the shoulder.
I walked out with it back in place, was weak with the morphine, fainted and popped it out again.

In 8th grade I was in a basketball contest, and was doing drills going through cones, and I actually twisted my ankle so bad that my bone started to like press up against my skin, but it was the verge of it piercing through. I had to have surgery, and I was in a wheelchair for about a year, so it could heal up properly. And thne towards the end of 9th grade, beginning of 10th I was put on cruches, and had some therapy to help me walk again. It's still not 100% healed and it still sometimes gives me problems. But for the most part I can walk around just fine.

In my 32 years on earth I have had a total of 214 stitches and 17 broken bones. This is all due to my participation in gymnastics and figure skating up until I was 22. And some of the stupid things boys do when they're young. 76 of those stitches were in my head although not all at once. My worst was a 11 inch laceration on my calf that needed 47 stitches from my skate's toe pick.

My worst injury was when I hit a giant oak tree on my mountain bike a few years ago. To say the least, the tree didn't budge and bounced off of it like a ping pong ball. [lol]

When I finally stopped rolling down the hill I noticed that the majority of the skin on the inside of my right elbow was all scraped away and there were a few holes in my arm from some twigs sticking out of the tree.
I was on such a big andrenaline rush that I didn't notice my knee was also busted open until I got into a friends car and rubbed blood all over his front dash.

I was told to goto the hospital but never did because I didn't feel like waiting 5 hours just for them to look at it..

It was pretty gross looking and even got me sent home from work the next day because I couldn't cover it up. [:D]

Bike is fine though!!

I have had a dislocated shoulder which I can still pop out of the socket at will (and it freaks my niece out, hehe), two twisted ankles, stitches above and below my right eye (once when I was about two and again at age nine), and I ripped the back of my left leg open by hitting the side of my mom's car at age five or six I believe and that required stitches too. I also fell off a slide in first grade and hit my head on the concrete playground; I had a lump on my head the size of Mt. Kilimanjaro, it was pretty embarassing. Not to mention I almost got hit by a car while walking to school once and were it not for my sister pulling me out of the way I probably wouldn't be here right now. The car did scrape my hand a bit; didn't hurt though.

When I was 5, I broke a couple of ribs in a car accident on the highway, couldn't walk or freaking turn over on the hospital bed.

Afterwards:

Had stitches on my right eye brow after a rugby match in primary school.

Been stung by a bee once, found out that I am allergic to bee stings. (My whole arm looked like the hulks leg except it was red)

Strained my ankle in a tennis match.

Broke my arm in a mountain bike accident.

Woke up with a concussion in the middle of the living room (Been told that I fell of the stairs, ???????????????????????????. SIDE!!!)

Dog bit my hand and cracked a few bones inside.

Most recent:
Had a motorcycle accident where I had scrape marks all over my hands, elbows, knees and thigh. (Should have worn gloves) > Don't let that ever happen to you, when cleaning flesh like that in the hospital they really don't care about your nerve system.

i was jumping on the trampoline once and i had my hands in my pockets and jumped back onto my back and brought my knees to my chest, but when i hit the trampoline my legs came down more with the shock and hyperextended all of the fingers besides my thumbs on both hands (at the middle knuckle)
it was terrible. then my band still played the scheduled show the next night, it hurt [LOL]
