Ugh, stupid moving water. Moving every signle node of these V supports is going to be a huge pain.

Ohh, I can get rid of waves...[lol]

YES, i lowered the G force to 5 by adding a trim brake on the hill leading up to it. Actually i'm sure it would have been fine anyway as the G force seems to get lowered when a NL 1.56 track gets modified onto NL 1.6. Would having someone test it be against the rules? I just need to know it will work on 1.6 and if so maybe I can do away with the trim brake.

Is it cool if I delete the two beams that create the x? The template wont be moved or changed, just the beams indicating 'station goes in here' will be gone.

Nolimits 1.6 usually has the trains go faster to be more like the real one, so this will go faster, thus creating more g's on the turn...
But, if you SAY in the description very boldly, USE 1.55 PHYSYCS, we can go to the editor and do so when we download it.

Symbiotic, I guess thatd be okey, but they dont get in the way at all, it isnt that hard to avoid. If you must, then delete them and replace when it is all said and done.

Yeah,

B: As a designer and in coaster knowledge he's 100X better/more knowledgeable than SFMM homie, so SFMM, your whole "young grasshopper" and "young untrained eyes" attack was unwarranted, since he basically owns you in NL, yet

Suggestion: SFMM, if you're going to try to own someone online because of something they said to you, make sure you have the credentials to back up your words.

I agree with and respect most of what you say DCS, But I wouldnt go saying '100X better/more knowledgeable'. That is just a tad bit biased knowing that he is one of your good coaster friends. How do you know ANYTHING about what I'm knowledgeable with in coasters? Answer- You dont. So just dont even get into it. Jimmy and I both (as Ironman said) are respectable designers. You can see my dynamix account as Ironman said too.

I think Jimmy is just getting really defensive about tools because he is attached to them. I said what I said (young grasshopper) because I know i've been around the coaster community much longer than Jimmy has. I'm sorry if that was too much...

SFMM Homie, ever ridden Tennessee Tornado? If not, then dont speak on what Arrow cant and can do. Its absolutely smooth and the track design itself is superb. I think its smoother than majority of the B&M's I have been on. Not only that, it features loops that are completely unique.

But with that said, Arrow never got to showcase what it could do in terms of numbers. They pretty much went under after TT was released and if you get to Dollywood to ride it youll understand that saying an Arrow couldnt do a heartline or any other manuever than even B&M does is rubbish!

That wasnt exactly what I was saying. I know arrow is capable of doing many things. I'm just saying they DIDNT. A heartline roll on an arrow in my opinion just doesent fit. I'm not the judge for this contest. All I am doing is putting in my input, people can take it or leave it. I dont want it to start conflict.

I think partly the point i'm trying to make is how There is a coaster style for a reason. If people are going to make this Arrow coaster exactly the same as they would make a floorless coaster- Then there isnt much of a point for him specifying a coaster style for the round. I'm pointing out a decline in realism and knowledge in the community.

Dang man it was just a question. I remember last year we could get rid of the x on the first round so why not try again. It just looks nicer. Why is everyone so stiff about this round?

Actually SFMM, I didn't realize you are the same person as dynamix... I based that sentence on your most recent ride under this name, which obviously isn't up to your par. So I take that back, instead saying that you two are on a similar level of coaster competence so for you to put him down for his age wouldn't be fair still.

Based on the cheap shot he threw at me last year in the contest forum, I doubt that he'll ever stop commenting about my tool use, age, etc.

Ive decided to take a new approach with this one using my new technique which synthesizes track shapes using a mixture of complex poetic soliliquys, a visualization process in which light is taken in and processed, and the fermentation rate of the California red grape.

Be ready for the highest caliber of track designing known to man.

The only problem is that they did release one ride that featured all the track shaping of a B&M. That Immelman at the end is very, very smooth and the shaping is all correct.

Just because it looks strange because youll never see an Arrow/Vekoma with a heartline or other non-proprietary element doesnt mean it couldnt. Pre-Tennessee tornado I would completely agree because their math wasnt up to par. But they definatly could do anything they wanted.

And since the Corkscrew coaster has SO many variants (Vekoma, Arrow Old and Arrow New) its hard to say ones more right than the other. That was my point.

Well I for one, still young and learning everything I can about roller coasters, manufacturers, and their techniques, don't know jack about the type of stuff Arrow and Vekoma do. Well, I know about them, but not everything. Which is why I'm wingin' it with my design. I have a deformed loop, and incline loop, and a normal loop. A triple-dipped hill which I know for fact Arrow/Vekoma never did, and a helix. I know they do helixes because, well...everyone does helixes.

One thing's for sure, I'm having a ton of fun with these bridges...

I'm glad all of you people commenting on the other rides have taken the care to read over my post a few pages back. Don't you think it dumb to GIVE THE OTHER PEOPLE AN EDGE??? Maybe it's just me, but I would look at a poorly built coaster, quietly sit back, and let my "well built" coaster sneak in for the win. You notice I never give screenshots of my rides pre-deadline? Hm... wonder why...
