Maybe it's just me, but I would look at a poorly built coaster, quietly sit back, and let my "well built" coaster sneak in for the win. You notice I never give screenshots of my rides pre-deadline? Hm... wonder why...

I myself, incapable of clearing round 1, do not care how much of my ride is publicized...

Could you dig that up for me? What'd I say?

And to Real: Yea man, understood.

I was thinking the same thing, but then I checked out both tracks again. I think Jimmy's track is really awfully built, if you look at it, its possibly one of the tooled tracks ive ever seen. It also didnt have as much of a layout as US's track did. It was very close....But I think US does win of the two tracks.

If you have any sort of context abilities you should be able to figure out the word he left out.

Gazag, I don't know if this has been asked yet... I'm sure you will tunnel test. But will you get marked down if any object is in the tunnel, or will you examine each incursion then decide on your own if its actually threatening?

Cmon, I'm pretty sure Tyler would be dissapointed to have his title as biggest 'dickhead' on the site taken over by someone who isnt a 'dickhead'.

This is just a website guys, and No Limits is just a game. It truly is. We all have lives outside of this and friends we hang out with on a day to day basis and girlfriends/boyfriends ect... I deal with people crap-talking and drama at school every day, and I really dont want to see it on the website where I go to share my love of rollercoasters and No Limits (or any other simulation, except Hyper Rails [:p] )with others of the same love. Who really cares who's better? I certainly dont...

Just let the round go on and let these distractions dissapear...

Aman, man. I have been craving to throw this out of my system since I got here, but thank the lord someone beat me to it [lol]...really, it describes my situation perfectly. Every student faces issues in school, and every adult faces issues in the business world, so this is the last place that it needs to happen [:D]

Yeah, I think his comments this year were a lot less justified. I'm only at the most 4 years younger than him, and to me that isn't a very significant number. Even if he means community experience, I've only been on the site a year less than him.

And than the untrained BS. Coming to grips with elementary and learning a lot of little coaster things from you, Red, or Buster has really helped me to understand NL and coasters in general, to a point where I consider my knowledge to be at a much higher level than his. He tries to call me untrained when he can't even build a realistic CCI.

What really irritated me about last years was the fact that I hadn't done anything to him before that, and I haven't really done anything to him since. The fact that it was a blatant insult was really shocking to me. Along with that it was in a really douche baggy and arrogant type manner. He could've just said "Well Jimmy's trackwork wasn't the best." But he had to say it was possibly one of the worst tooled tracks he's ever seen. Also the fact that he insulted me, and couldn't even be bothered to make sure that he included all the words made me feel even more worthless than before.

I mean I could find atleast 5 "tooled" tracks that are worse than mine, but I wouldn't do that, because that might be taken offensively to those builders.

The fact that he blatantly insults people, makes stupid comments, can't be bothered to spell check, makes false assumptions, generalizes, attacks without provocation, and can't be nice to any new guys has made me see him as the biggest dickhead on the site.

Wow... uhhh haha. Just wow. I can see how much of a dick I am...

Do you realize that this started by me making a comment that didnt involve you at all, but you had enough estrogen in you to jump into that conversation and in the end make a fool of yourself. Read your post a few times, then come talk to me. I wouldnt say I 'attacked' anyone, but hey- I'm the dickhead who is insulting, stupid, cant spell, assumes things, generalizes, and attacks.

Is the coaster going to be judged on how realistic it is?

If you mean like vertical negatives, like "Airtime" negatives, then read it... It says

Max G-forces of
5 positive
1.6 negative
1.5 lateral

If you meant Negative Laterals, they are both 1.5 + and -...

You are ALLOWED to change the texture and water kind, and NOT allowed to EDIT it like change the height and water area etc.

I am close to being finished with my entry. My coaster is called Alumnea. It isn't very long, and isn't a thrill seekers paradise. It is more of a between coaster. Not for young kids, but not for extreme thrill seekers; in between those two things.

Here is a picture of my bridge supports for the loop (by the way, this is the only part of the ride that goes over water):

Here is the cartexture:

All I have to do now is make it look nicer with some scenery!

I am really looking forward to seeing all of the other contestants' designs!

You can change the texture.

To avoid the water situation, open the unflanged track in the terraformer, flange and save your track, then open the new track up in the terraformer, but when it asks you if you want to replace terrain say no. That'll work, but some of your lower flanges may be off by a little.

I'm finally done with a layout (so I'm farther than I got last year [lol]) and now I just have to get to work on the supports. I'm so glad that this is the only "bridge" support that I'll have to do.

^you have two weeks to finish it. most of these coasters that are already half done will turn out badly. start rushing things when you got one or two days left. i am still in the layout stage, dont even part of track finished.

That doesn't necessarily mean our coasters are going to suck. Maybe lately we haven't had anything to do and we worked for hours straight on our coasters, or maybe there is some other reason. I don't think my coaster turned out horrible, but that is my opinion (uploading sometime today probably). Just because we're quick doesn't make the coaster bad. Some people can work faster than others and then still get the same result.

Sorry if I seem out of line, but when you say that it makes me feel that you are down grading some peoples coasters, no matter how long they worked on it or anyhting else with it.
