Alright I'm not trying to "question" your amazing ability to judge, but I honestly don't see a final lift in my track. I have one lift in my design, and it is not curved. But oh well...I'll accept it and move on...

i checked all coasters and i have been honest and true to what i seen, if you didnt make it or someone you think should have not made it tough, thats the ratings so accept it and move on. dont question cuz that is the judgment and they were all checked for 1 hour for everything.

right now on with the important bit, the pairs. i know there will be some contriversi in this but it was witnessed by members on this site who will state they did witness the draw.

Wow... just.. My god, you have to be kidding... I don't think I could come up with a worse DQ. Looks almost like a cheap shot, but I won't call that one since it is in the rulse. I do fell I must voice myself in saying that it's a lame rule. Not just because it was the only thing my track could be DQ'd for, but also because many coasters in real life run just one train. It's quite obvious my track can run two trains. It has three potential block segments excluding the station. I'm not the only one who got screwed, but that was quite base.

I think they counted your piece if transport track into the station as a lift. If that's the case, it does turn before entering the station. It's the only thing I can figure out as you formally don't have a second lift on your track.

It ws in the rules, it said no more than two lifts/launches. And CJD, shut up about Ragan's ride not making it, it was more legit thans yours even though yourse somehow made it.

If that's the case, then that's a load of bull.

CJD may have taken forever, but his rates were thorough and completely fair. He explained everything in explicit detail. Nobody questioned him. The least you could do is take your time with these. The contest hasn't even been closed for a week and you're rated over 50 traks. Yea... ok.

Sorry to say, but under the given circumstances and all the post deleting and obvious injustice, especially with given examples like those 2.0 lats and the non existing curved lift I have to say I really do not want to be a part of this contest any longer. I interpreted that to mean "exchange posts don't count", since he couldn't get to them anyway. So I took advantage of it, and took away ten degrees of banking from the corkscrew. Since he never said "resubmissions must be exactly the same as the exchange post which I can't download", and he apparently never even saw the exchanged tracks in the first place, I decided "Why not? My rule interpretation might work, and if it doesn't work I'm disqualified anyway, so why the hell not?"

So sue me. Apparently, it did work.
