Im in the process of create a website similar to WeeWeeSlap & CoasterCrazy, appearing this June-July. A community of coaster trading people. I figured the name Negative G. But, I'm still stuck on the domain name. I've tryed different variation on GoDaddy (http://www.godaddy.com) since that is where I'am going to get my hosting server. The site colors are as follows.

Background: Orange
Normal Text: Black
Links: Blue Underlined
Logo:

This post was not to advertise my site in anyway.

No offense, but I have to be honest.

Man, I honestly think you would be wasting alot of money with this idea of yours...your 14 years old! There are only like 2-3 exchange sites that are really worth anything IMO.

Also, the colors look horrendous and the name is already taken.

Also 1&1 is cheaper and better, with that you won't get your personal info posted on a website.

Trust me everyone goes through a phase that is like... " I must have a website," but when you find out people do not like it you give up. Only a few people actually do it for real. But this is one where I think you are waisting money.

okay. to be brutally honest:
the name is not origional, if you want to be successful you gotta do better than that! look at how origional weeweeslap is! nobody but weeweeslap would ever make that a roller coaster site. the name is a big thing too, it's the first judgement someone will have of your website.
secondly, the logo just plain sucks. it has no flair, no umph, nothing special about it. it looks amature and cheap.. like you made it in microsoft paint. gotta work on that one a bit. the thing you have is just dull. at least add more design in there than just a circle. perhaps something more coaster-looking?
thirdly: "A community of coaster trading people" is that your basic idea? is that all the website will have? if so, i reccomend a forum or at least a photo gallery. you need more in a website than an amature logo and a name that no doubt someone else out there already has trademarked. do more resarch, work on it a bit more. judging by what you have you're no way near the thinking about the name phase.

edit: what about something that has absolutally nothing to do with roller coasters? like.. www dot SuperMango dot com (i wrote it like that because it actually turned out to be a website lol)

Ok. I run http://www.Valleyfaircentral.com I don't thin you know what you getting into. coding is a pain in the but. Think of something other than negative G thats already taken. http://www.negative-g.com Your 14 and I don't think you know much about how exchanges work and what it takes to install them and skin them. Its not a simple thing. Stick with freewebs, If you want a site.

Um I can upload a zip of what I have done latter. My logo, yes was made in MS paint, will now be redone to have a more "coaster" look and feel. My site does have a discussion board. I just need to put it on there. It has an exchange, event calendar, etc. I will have to add a photo gallery. I donty have a hell-a clue about upload forms and exchanges. Although if any of you want to help by maybe being a administrator on the site then ok. I guess I will change the name. But I will have make a "unique" name.

My new name: upsides-down.com (no, I checked it on godaddy.com and this is avaible!!!)
