been making some more progress, the pain is much less, can't lift as much yet, sucks in that part. I could walk longer distances before crapping out in pain 2-300 feet I can do before I crap out [lol] My arm tingling and spasms are gone, my back leg nerve pain is semi gone, my hip, rib cage, right butt cheek [lol] and waist still hurt though. I randomlyjust colapse still [lol] Thanks guys for your support while I go through this wacky state. Who would have known I would become a cloth puppet to be thrown around [lol]

that really really sucks indeed. its a shame you americans dont have the NHS like we do. we dont need to pay for operations but pay all this on our national insurance.

i hope you dont need an operation and i think its just bad you carnt get some compensation especially since its such a bad injury

MAN. Do NOT come here for surgery. We thought my sister had appendicitis, and she waited 6 hours just to check if she had it. They told her to take an advil and go home, after 6 hours of waiting. Lucky I didn't go [lol]

well here's my MRI results:
1. Congenital mild to moderate central canal stenosis with tapering of the central canal from proximal to distal.
2. 2-3 mm posterior disc bulges at L3-4 and L4-5. Mild to moderate central stenosis, worse at L4-5. Mild bilateral neutral foraminal stenosis.
3. Mild degenrative disc disease at L5-S1. Broad-based posterior disc extrusion measuring 8-9 mm in AP dimension x 3-4 mm in craniocaudal dimension entending cranially and cadually, worse caudally with severe central canal stenosis. Approximate 6 mm structure posterior to the extruded disc material. Question extruded disc versus free fragment of disc. Other etiologies are not exlcuded. See comments below. Severe central canal stenosis with effacement of the left S1 nerve root. Moderate facet degenerative changes bilaterally with mild to moderate bilateral proximinal neural foraminal stenosis.

There's more but that's the core of it, or so I can figure out at least.

In English, I have 2-3 dislocated discs with one of them having a piece broken off from it and floating around somewhere and have a slight case of arthritis and my spinal column is too small / narrow for my spinal cord. I now have to shell out $250 to a neural surgeon to have him look at the MRI and tell me if I will need surgery, shots or what [:(]

I am more worried about the cost of surgery which most likely will have to occur to open up my column to give my cord more space
