I'm confused... are we restarting or not?

yes mr slap has enforced a re-start so all these ratings and so on count for nothing anyway.

Man, mr. slap this is madness, we worked our asses of to get a decent ride and now you just want to throw away all the hours of hard work? Your mad!(sometimes in a good way though).

as much as I'd like to get the rest of the contest underway so that I can do the team round before going to CP for the summer, I'm honestly glad that we're starting again. It puts an end to the numerous controversies, gets gazag off the hook, and gives the site another chance to have a good annual contest.

Maybe somehow we'll get paired again for the second go at the competition.

Finally we get the results and our hopes back and then everithing has to be redone!? Thats not fair!

I think so, but yeah... We are getting a better template, better rater, quicker rater for back so sounds good to me... [:)]

Blah. Man, I guess it's good, but will the overall thingy gonna be the same? Like round 2 in pairs and then so on from there?

ok...I'm going to ignore all the signals in my head going "WTF???RESTART???" and go with it; even though I dropped out, can i sign up again? I may be caught up with a term paper for one my courses, but I want to be back in the mix.

and on another note, HA-HA! I had the best rated track of the DQ's! Unless I missed something, but otherwise, HA-HA!

Anyway, my brain is just, ughh, in utter pain right now. So people are saying we're trashing this current tourney and restarting all in all. Well then why were the Round 1 Results posted?

Uh, I think its fair enough that your not allowed to re-sign up. If you wanted to join the contest you should have done that when you had the time. I still think its not a good idea to restart, we got the rates now, we know who made it, just let round 2 start. What wrong with starting round 2, it took more time, but we got the results, and everyone, except for those who were to lazy to check their coaster good enough, made a good track.

I also think its unfair if someone whos through now and is not able to make it through the next round 1.

The entire contest is being restarted by WWS, who is now, "The Man." Therefore, the entire process should be restarted. However, most people who posted in this thread were signed up originially anyways.

Besides, if you're good enough, you'll make it through round 1 again.

I just hope, that the new contest will satrt soon! And thet it won't take such a long time to get the results.
