Im getting either a cheap laptop or a top range netbook so i want to know if a netbook can run No limits and if any of you had tried it on ay netbook.

^I haven't tryed it myself, but I think it should run NL, altho, not very well...
And by not very well, I mean, quite bad...

I think running the editor on a netbook shouldn't be too much of a problem, but running the simulator will be very difficult on a netbook. You'll have an incredibly slow FPS rate and it'll probably drain your battery. I haven't actually tried it on a netbook but it's just common sense.

Look for a cheap amd based laptop. They usually come with integrated radeon 3200 or integrated geforce 8200 which are mch better than integrated intel graphics. Take a look at the hp dv2 if its out yet. Its a nice light machine with some graphics power. http://www.shopping.hp.com/go/dv2.html

Yeah there is no chance of it running halfway decently on a netbook.

would a NVIDIA GeForce 7000 Graphics Card play rct3 as well as NL or Nvidia Geforce 8200 as well because here is a laptop with the same price Short Link 1 or this one Short Link 2

I have an Nvidia GeForce 8600 in my laptop and it's quite laggy...

i just found out that the samsung netbook can have 2gb of ram not sure if this will effect graphics but i dont mind intel graphics there good on my desktop and brothers laptop i just need to be able to play it and what fps would be or does anyone on the fourms own a netbook and could test this out im looking for min 40fps on an average size track.

Only netbook thats could possibly could get you that is this 10 inch asus one with a geforce 9200gs but its not cheap.

that i cant find anyway in the uk so i will just have a look at laptops for a while i have a long time 2 save up so im just wondering and i still am interested in that net-book.
