An intamin Impulse coaster, with loads of hand made inversions! It's probably going to have a jungle-ish theme and therefore to be called something like Jungle beast! I was working on it for quite a ling now, and it's still only a bit more than a half finished! Like mentioned before, I plan to make all the elements by hand, using only the built in autosmoother tool. The barrel-rolls took me especially long and are still a bit bumpy! So if you have any comments, please post them in this topic! here are the first pictures: http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/p3472

I'll need some testers, when I finish the track!

Thanks in advance!!!

Man, some of those inversions just look like leanings. The station drop-out looks good, but watch the forces on that thing, because I doubt it will be going fast enough to sustain comfortability. Also, the lead-out of the MCBR looks fantastic, but again, make sure to be watching your forces because it looks like they'll just be leaning to one area...I noticed the many ???s after your title, which I instantly associated with trouble naming this thing. Hey man, if you have trouble finding a name, just PM for help [:D]

The forces on the drop-out are ok IMO. there's -1.1G for a split of a second, but that's not critycal, is it. What lead out of the MCBR? DO you mean this: http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/i28076 ? That's before the MCBR. And beetwen those two is a cobra roll. This is, what the lead out will probably look like: http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/i28385

Oh! And I would really need some help with the name, cuz Jungle beast just sounds lame to me. How does it sound to you?

The prelift inversion looks strange. I would really recommend using the AHG for the rolls, since they make it a lot easier, and give way better result than you can get with hand building.

^^I know it looks strange, bz it's still fun. Many inversions are quite original and therefor I believe that they may look strange. Like this one: http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/i28393 It looks strange but is really fun and enjoyable. It's just a simple corkscrew with a barrelroll on top of it. I need to think of a name for that inversion.

^I would use the AHG, but I can't. Everytime I try it, it just screws the track. I believe, it's something with the heartline, cuz the roll, that comes out is much bigger that the one before. [xx(][confused]
And yes, I have read the tutorial.

Hm. Names, let's see.

Relic
If you change it to a purply scheme it could be Mania
Heatlord
Gigawatt
Trapsi
Silverado

Of course, you'll have to find a fitting color scheme for the one you pick, because that poop-orange color doesn't go with any of those.

I just almost finished the layout! Needs some smoothing at the end and the trackwork is finished. Now I just need some people to test it.

Gigawatt just sounds the best. And I think that the colour should be something in silver or yellow or both. Oh yeah, would you care to test my track?[:I][r]

Sounds like you already had built the track around the heartline. Sending it through the AHG would only double it..

Yes, that explains the problem! Thanks!

Sorry, I completely forgot about referring to this thread. If you want more than one tester, than sure I'm still up for it ( gerstlcrazy@hotmail.com )

But anyway, I think you should have those rolls 4-piped, this one in particular ( http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/i28425 )
1-Millennium Force | 2-Intimidator 305 | 3-Fury 325
4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka
8-Voyage | 9-Maverick | 10-Monster

I started on the supports now and I've got a little question. http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/i28755 <- Is this OK, or is it dangerous? It's on the lifthill!

Oh, looks quite interesting. I like your idea with the silver/yellow scheme and calling it Gigawatt. Test if you want: coastercrazy1216@comcast.net
X2 ??? Intimidator 305 ??? Millennium Force ??? Iron Rattler ??? El Toro ??? Fury 325 ??? Maverick ??? Skyrush ??? Twisted Timbers ??? Voyage

Your coaster was not bad. But to me it was repiditive. Lots of moves done over and over and the layout was dull but then, that might change with the addition of supports.

So, can I expect to hear something from the testers soon?
