"Maverick" Construction - CP 2007

yay I've been waiting to see some theming done. this ride looks great! I hope I can make it up there this summer and ride it.

Alright, i'm getting really excited for this...Cant wait till May 24th, that's when i get to the Point [:D]

Is maverick openeing when the park opens for the season? I'm just wondering.

I dont think they will start testing for a couple weeks because the transformers and not completely installed, they have been using a power source from the back of the park.

I like to do all of my seasons riding in the first 3 and last 3 weeks of the year. Screw that summer BS.

I'm so excited for this ride. My cousins invited me on a trip up there and Kennywood this summer so I'm psyched. It should be a lot more enjoyable this time around because we're going on a weekday and we have a day and a half to get in everything we want.

Duude, it flew through the track. That looks just awesome, and i'll be up there exactly one month from today. Shaweet[:D]

Well, I will be there, but I will probably be working. As soon as I get either a morning shift or a day off, though, I'm riding!

Woo, our trip down on the 18th has officially been booked! Hell yeah! i can't wait to see what it'll look like when it's totally finished, with all the landscaping done. Actually, whatever! I just wanna ride it, it's looking so awesome. Really good to see such a small coaster look so great, proves all those "it has to be tall to be good" theories wrong.

CoasterStreak and I are trying to plan on joining up at the park next month on the 10th, 11th, and 12th, so we will get to it ride it relatively early...only a month after opening!

Too bad, I am probably going on the 15th (June).

The message is out, there are issues in 3 sections of track following the launch. This marks the end of the Intamin era...well, not really, but I am pissed off, that messed up my plans for late May. I mean, there's still everything else, but yeah...Ug.
