Check the following location and file size.

My file is located in the following directories:
c:\Program Files\NoLimits Track Packager
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

File Information:
03/13/2002 04:46 PM 53,248 zlib.dll

When are you exactly getting the error...
when you try to open the package or when you try to extract the files?
have you tried packaging a file of yours and then unpacking it. it could be that the package that you are trying is corrupt.

The same thing happened to me for a month or two. Then it went away :p Same exact error message and everything. Tried re-installing and all that too.

just open the track packager by itself, goto tool/setting and click the associate button and try again. it maybe that the association of the nlpack to the application is messed up.
