You can just download the free version and record in 30 second sections. Afterwords, just use something simple like Windows Movie Maker and merge them together.
EDIT: I just answered my own question! I found a program called iShowU.
For $20.00, you can capture anything on your screen as a quicktime movie, along with sounds. And, best of all, it's MAC compatable! Yay
