I have been having problems with the H:SAK lately. It used to work fine, but all of a sudden; this happens:




Can anyone help me fix this?

Sorry man, I've got no idea how to fix that. Is that when you try to make a helix? Or just a near straight piece of track?

Also, does anybody know how to gradually inscrease or decrease the radius of a helix? I'm trying to get something like Goliath @ SFOG.

Looks like your lead angles are higher than your total turning angles or you are using increase radius on something too small for that. HSAK really doesn't handle those well.
