FVD tutorial?

Hi, I'm wondering if there's anywhere I could find a tutorial for the FVD formula?

I've been plugging different numbers in, but I can't seem to figure it out.

ive got one that i was working on, but since i switched over to mac i left my FVD's on my old computer. since i dont have my FVD's anymore, it became increasingly hard for me to write my tutorial. i'll put it on for you.

**EDIT** ive decided not to put it on because its only 3 out of the planned 7 pages long, but here is a GREAT tutorial on NLDC.
