I'm working on the supports for my new b&m hyper. I've been placing each support 9 ties apart. Is this ok? or should i make them closer?

Yeah they should be further. Maybe 18 apart on the lift (for traditional B&M hypers) and 11+ (preferably 13-14) on the track.

well i have them at 9 for some parts but most the track is like 10-11, anything longer then that seems and looks under supported, and the lift is about 19 ties apart so thats fine.

basic rule for me is that a support should be a train lenght away from the next/previous one. Except for lifts and coasters that use small trains (spinners, gertslauers)
