I need a little help with making airtime hills with the AHG. If its coming out of a turn I always get a huge jolt before the part with airtime. Any suggestions? please.

Before you make the track black, have a red segment before it, and a green segment after. It smooths the transition. Hope I helped.

Maybe you could post some pics of the problem, so we could clearly see what it is.

Take a pic from the editor before and after AHG.
It can help us to see what's wrong.

I suggest you raise the filter-value in the AHG up to 100, maybe 150

How high do you have the filter?
Are you handbuilding, or do you use elementary?

I can see from first pic that your hill is not linear.I mean it runs to right like a huge non inverting corkscrew.
I think it's normal that AHG makes that banking:it's to reduce lateral g's...
Did you try to make a hill "straight"?
Have you got the same problem?

The only advice I can think of right now is that you should bank the hill by hand and paint the whole hill black. Oh and raise the filter, as Miado said!

Right,if that hill is fast even a "light" banking is necessary....

i agree with vid, color the whole hill black, and maybe even try going higher than 150 with the filter, say 180 or 200. (sometimes i even go up to 300 and it comes out pretty good).

You could also try using the red and green segments that are noted in the readme file. Not sure if that will help in this situation though.

Looks to me like a result of short segments + very low filter. Try removing the red and green, keep the part without any banking black, set the filter to 250-300, and then AHG it.

Acctually come to think of it all the coasters i have ever ahg'd have filters of around 250ish,,,but my latest one has a filter of 300, and i've seen people make them with filters of 400-500 and still turn out fine, it all depends on how the imput track is made, it has to be literally flawless.
