Lower Drinking age from 21 to 18?

In spain it's 16, But no one pays attention, there are 14 year olds (like me) drinking.

And whoever mentioned that it's hard to find anyone under 21 who hasn't been drunk, they're dead right. Once college hits the "I'm not going to drink blah blah blah" goes completely out the window.
