This is a video of a student being tasered and arrested after asking John Kerry a few questions at a speech he was giving. Sure the kid was being a little obnoxious at first, but he did nothing that would warrant being arrested, in my mind. Kerry was even answering his questions as he was being tasered. Really depressing stuff to watch. There's a shorter one on youtube but I think the nbc one does a better job of showing just how ridiculous this situation was.

well he's a smug little prick , and he deserves it. sounded like a broken record.. disturbing the peace is against the law.
and you know what, we're gonna keep getting presidents like bush if idiots like this represent the alternative. he sure thought he was being a brave proggressive soldier, but now he's gonna simply be a tool of a$$wipes like limbaugh and o'riely and other's like them.and then i'll have to hear it from the rednecks whose machines i fix .
how pathetic.. i doubt if any thing he asked (or shreiked, rather)had anything to do with the reason senator kerry was speaking. and his cries of "ooh help me oooh they're gonna kill me".. are complete bullcrap.
, i could care less who he is or if he and i are on the same side.. i have not one eeeentsy beentsy incling of pity for him.. he thinks this video shows him being a hero, but in acctuallity it shows his point of veiw like it was that of a babbling idiot

Wow, that was sad. He had no intent of a riot and the cops abused their power and tased him 2-4 times. 200 People have died from freakin' tasers!

being tazed is something incredibly easy to avoid..
it's fun and daring (oooh and unifying too) to say the cops abused their power, but really, they were all.. mellow out and he's like NOOOOOO000ooo..
and so for like 5 more minutes he's freaking out and screaming and even president kerry's all "dude chill out bro i'm trying to answer your question" and hes alll whhhaaaaaaaa and the cops are all, shut up or we'll make you.
he chose "unwisely"

Thats sad because it wasn't like the guy threated him. He was just asking some questions when BAM! tasered.

Thing is, as much as he may have been complaining (which, I will admit, was pretty annoying) he was not resisting arrest, only talking/complaining. He was obviously panicking, and when they tased him, he wasn't even doing anything physically, they had him sitting down on the floor surrounded by officers.

Another thing, I don't know how this holds up legally, but it seems to make sense: can you really be arrested simply for resisting arrest? Shouldn't there be a reason to arrest you in the first place? (other than "starting a riot" which he clearly wasn't doing)

"you'll get tasered if you don't cooperate".. then after freaking out for awhile longer after the warning FINALLY the cops are all

however kerry's candor was cool, he half mocked him when he said "too bad he can't come up here and swear me in as president" even he's thinkin' "o brother.. shutup dude, you really think me or anyone else in the room actually hasn't heard that?"

Still the cops did abuse their power. My dad being a retired cop says that the ONLY use for a tazer is for unarmed police being threatened by armed suspects. This was not the correct way to handle it.

But the police officers violated his First Amendment stating the government will not interfere with your beliefs, religion, etc.

noooo.. they did not.
he drivelled rhetoric for awhile before they asked him to leave.
the first amendment does not have a public freakout clause..
and no.. not in california , in illinois, in basic training.. all service members go in the gas chamber during boot camp.. it shows the effectiveness of gas masks..

mark my words..
this will play OVER and OVER on rush and bill o'rieley, they will start by mocking his rhetoric, and then his quoting of a journalist like they are the knowers of all, then they will again point out his "weary cliches" and laugh and point out how "angry and whiney" liberals are. in fact i'd wager 10000 points that rush will compare the sound of his voice to that of pellosi or clinton.. any takers?
good one dude..

I wouldn't doubt it but last time I check O Rielly isn't liked by anyone but elderly retired men.
