Watch the video again, the police attempted to escort the man out of the area and he refused several times. The police where correct in the amount of force used at each given time.
1) non threatning body contact- place hands on arms to escort
After the man pulled away the force level increases.
2) Body contact- pulling to escort a direction.
The man continues to pull away more violently.
3) Non leathal force - Taser, Baton, OC Spray.

he wasn't apprehended for asking a question, he gets apprehended when he starts to appear unpredictable to police who have in their care a senator from one of our united states, not to mention one who is not too popular in that part of the country, college or not. i think the police were rather patient with him.
