So I took a trip with a few of my friends down to KC for Warped Tour & Worlds of fun. Warped Tour was amazing and probably one of the best experiences of my life, thus far. I took tons of pictures so enjoy.
Long story short. Softball uniforms were made about another manager of the restaurant across the street from another one. The shirt incinuated her fake you know what's. At first she liked them, but suddenly changed her mind and told them she wanted them burned, so we took pictures with them and posted them on facebook. We're mature, right.
I used to work at the place she managed, so I insisted on taking a picture with it on.
Squished in the car.
We stayed up till 2am, then my friend and I got up at five thirty and made breakfast.
The crappy hotel. Our outlets didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone or camera. I had to use my car adapter that has plugs in it.
Duuuuuuuude.
Walking in. The place was huge, it goes a way back.
Huge crowds.
More crowds.
The band schedule. We marked off everyone we wanted to see, then made a smaller schedule out of that, and we go to see everyone we wanted too. We stopped and saw random bands when we had spare time.
3OH!3, they were not surprisingly bad in concert, their vocals kinda suck.
The Maine. They're my favorite, and the band I looked most forward to seeing.
Again, swarms of people.
No thanks.
Forever The Sickest Kids
We The Kings
This is when he started singing A Millie. It sounded kick a$$!
Escape The Fate. F'ing AMAZING.
They were passing out free condoms everywhere, I think i got about 10.
Guitar solo at the beginning of This War Is Ours. SWEET!
Bayside
The White Tie Affair
TV/TV
Ca$h Ca$h, if you couldn't tell.
Meg & Dia. She sounds like a chipmunk.
Senses Fail. He started talking about his dead grandma and she was a B*$&% for dying . . . IDK what that was about.
Then my camera died.
Playing "games."
Testing reflexes.
Playing garbage. It's a fun "game."
Fail.
Spread was my smoking buddy. (I'm of legal age f.y.i.)
Someone passed out early.
Downtown K.C. I love looking at large downtown's from afar. They look so pretty.
A quick pit-stop at Waffle House across the street from WOF.
They raced to see who could finish chocolate mile or water faster. Don't ask.
OMGLOLZAHHH!
Patriot in sight!
Walking in. The whole month of August was the Harvesters Food Community Network. If you brought a non-perishable food item (I took peanut butter) you get in for $25+tax. Good deal, considering the peanut butter cost $2 and saved me $15.
First up was Spinning Dragons.
My friend and I rode alone. We sat on one side and the car spun out of control!
Trying to be Artsy, as always.
I'm running out of captions.
Sex.
Hate it!
Patriot from across the lake.
Spread, Sarah, Red, & Amy, minus me.
I love this!
You can never have too many pictures.
OW. It didn't hurt as much as last year but it still was really shaky.
1 train = BOO!
Squirrelly.
After Timberwolf, Red, Sarah, & Amy decided to give the Rip Cord a go. I would never!
I took an opp. from the smoking dock to take photo's.
Mormonator & I.
Funny story, (if you don't me then you won't understand) while waiting for Detenator, my ex-girlfriend was standing directly behind me. I didn't say anything to her because it might have been a tad bit awkward.
We stopped for a few minutes to watch the dog show. This girl had the weirdest answer's to this man's questions.
Puuuuurrty.
Spread, Amy, Sarah, Red, minus me again.
Walk like an Egyptian.
Sarah claimed this is a band pic. Don't know what that is, but I guess that's cool.
Sweet, Sweet.
After this ride, we stood on the bridge and got completely soaked. I don't know if they have these at the other parks but for five bucks you can stand in a giant dryer, which I might add does not work at all very well. Waste!
Wet monkey.
In line for Fury of the Nile, we all took an opportunity for senior pictures. The old man and his children behind us found us very strange.
We also did some wedding photo's, this is not one of those.
Break.
It felt weird walking this way and seeing a beautiful brand new GCI.
Station
Noted!
BFF.
I couldn't hold in my excitement!!!
Practically the ONLY part you can see.
They were freakin' crankin' out trains like mad. I caught the madness.
I like this.
Trying to get a picture of the drop. Successful?
<3
My friends are on there somewhere.
Question, for anyone who has ridden Prowler, have any of you noticed a loud piercing screech during the first few turns & one of the last one. It was the most excruciating sound I've ever experienced.
Am I going to jail?
Walking up to Skyliner.
The queue and the ride make for some great photo ops.
Ohhhhhh.
Ahhhhhh.
Amy & Sarah riding together. Red & Spread rode together also, which left me all by my lonesome.
The helix on this thing feels more and more intense every year.
Art.
Red & Spread.
Small overview of Spinning Dragons.
peaceful.
On our way out.
Souviners.
HOT CHICKEN!
Bye, I'll see you again in October.
My radio light came on for the first time in like 3 months. I was excited, and it lasted the whole ride home.
I got tired of driving so we took a break at a rest stop.
I just love Spread's pose.
Spread again with her extreme faces.
I would just like to add that this time, we did not end up heading towards Des Moines, which is a huge relief.
Thanks for viewing,
