Anyone like baseball here? It's the MLB postseason right now and there have been some great games played the past few days. The Indians/Yankees game today was especially good...even better that the Yankees lost. [:D]

My cubbies are playing weak right now...atleast we are at home this weekend and have a decent shot of tying the series at 2-2.

Basketball - was invented in 1891 by Dr. James Naismith in Springfield, Massachusetts

Snowboarding - The sport was developed in the United States in the 1960s and the 1970s and became a Winter Olympic Sport in 1998.

Lacrosse - Lacrosse was invented by Native North Americans. Its name was dehuntshigwa'es in Onondaga ("men hit a rounded object")

Originally I was rooting for the Red Sox or the Cubs (I'm a New York Mets fan btw [:(!] ) But now I'm sort of impartial to any team except for the Yankees and Phillies. I'd like to see either the Indians or Red Sox in the series for the AL and the Rockies in the NL. It's going to be an interesting Championship Series I'll say that!

Yes it was. Especially since Yankee's pitcher Joba Chaimberlain melted down during it and threw two wild pitches and hit a batter to score the tying run. [:D]

Meh- next year is the Cub's year. Everyone is returning, they will get healthy, and the new owner will gain fans by picking up some players in the off season.

Next year is 100 years too.

^ Ya' sure?

Anyway, I heard if the Yankees lose than manager Joe Torre is not coming back next year. Yankees are currently losing 3-0. If the Indians win, then all 4 series' will have ended in a sweep, very odd.
