I can't say I'd pick Togo but I don't think they were horrible either, they did make the first real stand-up coaster after all. And Fujiyama looks kind of cool as well. Most Togo coasters in the US were just scraps left over from the bigger ones in Japan I think. lol
Fabbri does the mega drop tower among other rides. I've ridden one and despite it's relatively short height, it was sick. -.5 g's worth of initial downward acceleration then freefall until 5.5 g's stop you very close to the ground. Really a lot of fun.
I've only ridden (mostly) B&M Machines except two Arrow Dynamic coasters (Loch Ness Monster, Big Bad Wolf and Drachenfire)=---okay so make that three... Plus i've ridden a few others but aren't sure which manufacturer they were.
